About In Memory of Harvey Alper

Harvey Alper has practiced law in Altamonte Springs since 1972. Mr. Alper is a licensed mediator at all levels of the Florida court system as well as the Federal system. He was awarded diplomat membership in the Florida Association of Professional Mediators.

Admitted to practice at all levels of the federal courts, including the Tax Court of the United States, Mr. Alper has presented successful argument before the Supreme Court of the United States.
